Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products returned without original packaging or accessories
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• The refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping charges paid during the order may not be refundable.

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return according to our return policy.
